Binkley Featured in Selling OnlineSelling Online This fall saw Binkley being included in a book dedicated to instructing companies on the 'correct way' to sell online. The 394 page book by Jim Carroll and Rick Broadhead has several screen shots of Binkley's web site on topics such as our clear 'customer friendly' policies on shipping and privacy. Here are a few quotes from the book involving Binkley Toys. "In-Stock Messages There's nothing more disappointing than ordering a product on the Web and then finding out that it is on back order or out of stock. Give your customers peace of mind by displaying in-stock messages beside the product pictures and descriptions on your Web site. "Parcel Tracking If the customer has chosen to have an order delivered by courier, once the shipment has left your store or warehouse, it's in the hands of the courier company."
