Kathy; Well for the most part it was easy but I put in a gift card through the website and I used paypal to pay. The order did not contain a giftcard when I called in to double check it had a giftcard. But the lady said she would add the giftcard and did so efficiently and quickly. Good work and great service ! The service has been exceptional. You have followed through on your committment. I asked that no signature be required on my delivery package and at first the lady did not know what I was referring to and said she could not do that. I then explained that all you had to do was ask the shipping department to check off the box on the ups label stating no signature required and she did it quickly and efficiently. Nice Service! I would recommend Binkley toys to anyone who is interested in the type of merchandise and products they sell. I gave the bear as a gift and the receipient was really thrilled by the product and that is what its all about. Thanks for all the great service !
Dear Binkley, I'm very happy with my Binkley Bear. He' so soft and cuddly, and fits in so well with his many other fluffy "brothers and sisters" we already have . Why did I choose Binkley? This time around: a link from CBS SportsLine Rewards program. But I have purchased from you guys before, some years ago now (Bride and Groom Bears, and Cowboy and Night-gowned Bear). Of course, I would recommend Binkley Bears to anyone. Your company projects a certain warm, friendly, family feel (which I notice from a lot of Canadian companies, by the way: Canadians just come across so sweet to us, your neighbors to the south). It just felt good to open your package. I look forward to acquiring another cute and cuddly Binkley (if only we had more room, our bears have practically taken over). Binkley, I was extremely happy with my order-- it is the second one that I have made through the years. I have passed on your details to my mother and sister. My mother is always looking for great gifts that are more special and personal than the usual flowers-- whether it is "get well" or a graduation, etc. My sister likes to order them for her friends who are in different universities across the US, and as a nice surprise for her sorority sisters. Again, the personalisation makes more creative and thoughtful gifts that leave a lasting impression much longer than flowers!
